More on Prop 12 By Matt Rexroad on Monday, September 29, 2008 @ 2:26 PM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   So I heard some fascinating debate recently about Prop 12 -- The Veterans Housing Bond.  Some of the points that were made were that it does not impact the general fund because all the money is paid back by the veterans.  Ok great. So then why do we need government to do that?  The private sector can do it just fine.
