Needle Exchange -- all over town By Matt Rexroad on Thursday, June 26, 2008 @ 6:24 AM :: 0 Comments :: Blog   The Yolo County needle exchange program was on the front page of the Daily Democrat last night.  Then, right as I was falling to sleep I saw this on Channel 3.  It has Woodland CIty manager Mark Deven and Dr. Bette Hinton in it. Then I just found this piece on the Channel 13 site with Dave Flory and Helen Thomson quoted. I will post more later today on this issue.  I have not had time to realize all this was going on.
